Making healthy food choices, important because good choices lowers your risk of heart disease, developing some types of cancer, and contributes to maintaining a healthy weight.
Physical exercise enhances or maintains physical fitness and overall health and wellness. Strengthens muscles and improving cardiovascular system. According to the National Institutes of Health, four types of exercise: endurance, strength, flexibility, and balance.
